Luggage
Yes! Our Carry-On nest inside both the Check-In Medium and Large, and our Check-In Medium nests inside the Check-In Large.
We’ve designed lightweight suitcases without compromising integrity or durability. Our luggage has a qualitative difference you can feel – from the handles to the wheels and everything in between – all while staying competitively light.
You can check the detailed dimensions and weight in the SPECIFICATIONS of each of our products.
If you've accidentally locked yourself out of your luggage, we recommend trying all possible combinations from 0-0-0 to 9-9-9, which should take about 15 minutes. Please keep in mind that after you change the default combination from 0-0-0, we have no way of retrieving or knowing your personal combination.
In the event that you are locked out of your luggage and running all possible combinations does not open the suitcase, contact us at support@vipboxtravel.com for next steps.

Shipping
We currently offer shipping within the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska, which are temporarily unavailable). Our US warehouse is located in Chino, CA and we are actively exploring other regions.
We plan to expand our delivery options to Canada, Europe, and other regions soon, so stay tuned! In the future, we aim to provide worldwide shipping.
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout, with free shipping available for orders over $170 USD.
We offer standard shipping. Please remember that your order will take time to process before it ships. Normally we fulfill it within 1-2 business days.

We’ll keep you updated at every stage of your purchase journey. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, another when it’s being prepared for shipping, and one with tracking details once it’s on its way. After delivery, we’ll follow up to make sure you’re satisfied with your Vipbox purchase.

Returns & Exchanges
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All VIPBOX luggage purchased directly from us is backed by 3 years warranty extended to the original owner of the item.
